1. Thaw out the Shrimp and Pork Wonton at room temperature for around 20 minutes, or until wrapper is slightly soft.
  2. While waiting for it to thaw, half-fill a pot with water and bring to a boil at medium heat.
  3. Carefully drop the wonton into the boiling water, for around 4 minutes, or until wrapper is slightly translucent.
  4. Use a mesh strainer and remove the wonton. Allow the excess water to drain.
  5. Place the wonton in a clean bowl.
  6. Heat the House Soy Sauce until warm and pour over the wonton.
  7. Gently toss the wonton and house soy sauce until evenly coated.
  8. Transfer to a bowl and serve hot. Best served topped with chopped green onion.

How to prepare your Shrimp & Pork Wonton (Boiled) with House Spicy Sauce:

  5. Heat the House Spicy Sauce until warm and pour sauce into a bowl.
  6. Gently place the wonton on top of the house spicy sauce and serve hot. Best served with chopped green onion.
